Itinerary Details
Day 1: Arrival in Pleiku – Welcome to the Highlands
Arrive in Pleiku and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, visit Bien Ho (T’Nung Lake) – a volcanic lake known as the “eyes of Pleiku” – then stop at the scenic Tea Hills and relax with your first cup of Central Highlands coffee. Overnight in Pleiku.
Day 2: Pleiku to Kon Tum – Village Encounters
After breakfast, drive to Kon Tum. Stop en route to explore the Kon Klor Suspension Bridge and nearby Bahnar villages. Arrive in Kon Tum for lunch, then visit the historic Wooden Church, the Old Seminary and its ethnic culture museum. In the evening, enjoy a local gong music performance in a Bahnar village. Overnight in Kon Tum.
Day 3: Cultural Exploration Around Kon Tum
A full day discovering the spiritual and cultural richness of the region. Visit Kon K’tu village, walk through traditional stilt houses, and meet local artisans. Enjoy lunch in a community home. In the afternoon, explore more tribal villages and learn about rice wine production and folk music traditions. Overnight in Kon Tum.
Day 4: Dak To & Historical Legacy
Take a day trip to Dak To, a former battlefield during the Vietnam War. Visit Phoenix Airfield and nearby memorials, then enjoy a countryside drive through rubber plantations and quiet valleys. Return to Kon Tum by evening for a relaxed farewell dinner.
Day 5: Return to Pleiku – Departure
Drive back to Pleiku for your onward flight. Depending on your schedule, stop for coffee tasting or pick up local handicrafts as souvenirs before departure.
